This is an agatized stone skull effigy, it was carved by the Clovis

people more than 12,500 years ago and is still in excellent condition.

The Clovis people are the ancestors of the Anasazi and are famous for their Clovis point arrowheads, however, arrowheads were not their only art

 

This would be a nice addition to any serious collection.
